Undergraduate international foundation year courses
An international foundation year course can prepare you extremely well for university study.
The School of Environment, Education and Development does not currently offer an integrated foundation year programme. However, we accept a range of foundation year qualifications from the following providers for progression into the first year of study at SEED.
Remember, we look at all of the information that you submit in your UCAS application. This includes your personal statement, academic reference and previous educational achievement. Because of this, the requirements listed below may vary depending on your individual circumstances.

List of accepted foundation courses
If you do not have GCSE Mathematics grade C you must be taking Mathematics as part of your foundation course.
Please note: If you would like to apply for BA Architecture, please email the Admissions Office to check if your foundation course is accepted.

If your course requires AAA - Successful completion of the Abbey College Cambridge International Foundation Programme in Humanities with a minimum overall average of 80% including at least 75% in each module.
If your course requires AAB - Successful completion of the Abbey College Cambridge International Foundation Programme in Humanities with a minimum overall average of 75% including at least 70% in each module.
